X-RAYS

Apart from being the only the only chiropractic clinic in the StGeorge and Sutherland areas specialising in and using the advanced Gonstead technique, we are also one of the few clinics that have our own “in-house” x-ray facilities.

Why Are X-Rays Important.

X-Rays enable us to see exactly what is happening with the spine.  You may have a vertebrae that has tilted or hips that are twisted - an x-ray allows us to see precisely how much rotation and tilting are occurring in your body. This means a safer and more effective treatment for you as x-rays greatly enhance our ability to diagnose your condition properly and treat the underlying cause(s), not just the symptoms.

To help reduce any out of pocket expenses to patients, we have enabled our x-ray services to be covered in part or full by Medicare and/or your health fund. This means that the best possible treatment that is available to all of our patients.

X-rays are required for all new patients and updating your current films may be necessary if your old ones are out of date or not adequate for what we need.

Therefore, all new patients are required to bring their Medicare card with them, even they have current spinal or other x-rays already.
